Condition Update

Well I woke up this morning and I felt like I had been run over by a truck. As I swung my legs over the side of the bed I started to feel the real impact of my actions. I stood up and my neck, back, and shoulders hailed an all points bulletin for pain. I tried to move my arms around a little bit to loosen up but when I reached up to feel the part of muscle between my neck and shoulder it was stiffer than a board. I painstakenly made my way to the shower and thought the hot water may provide some relaxing relief. I will have to admit it did feel good. So I went on with my routine washing up... but hit a major pain roadblock as I went to wash my behind and lady parts. It felt like I had been sitting on a pitch fork all night. For those of you who have done a spin class think back to your first class and how your butt felt the day after. Or for those of you who haven't.... well if you have gone on any long bike ride and felt sore the next day... well multiply that by 10. My biggest worry is that usually you hurt more the second day after than the first day after. Tomorrow I could be in real trouble!
